Water Memo
Water was the hot topic today. All I am going to say is that The Challenge recommends you drink 64-72 ounces a day. That is a HEALTHY amount. PLEASE do not drink more than 72 while you are participating in this challenge. Drinking too much water will deplete your sodium levels, especially with working out, and we don't need any of that. 72 ounces is sufficient, especially with just starting out. Drinking over 100 is not going to make you lose weight faster necessarily, it is just going to cause other issues. Please email me if you think your situation requires more than the required amount.
