I have received lots of texts and emails asking about certain foods and whether or not they are cheats. They are ALL great questions. I thought that if these people are wondering then you probably are too! So here is a list of the things I have been asked about the most...and whether or not they are a cheat.
*Hamburgers- At restraunts they are fried so they ARE a cheat. Grilled on the grill they are not a cheat.
*100 Calorie snacks- NOT a cheat. Use in moderation. I would say no more than one a day.
*Jelly- NOT a cheat
*Chips- YES a cheat. Unless they are the baked chips
*Queso- NOT a cheat. However, the chips you dip it in are a cheat. Stinks, I know.
*Pretzels- NOT a cheat
*Granola/ granola bars- NOT a cheat
*Yogurt- NOT a cheat
*Pizza- NOT a cheat by the official rules. However, eat in moderation. Pizza doens't help the weight loss
*Cereal- NOT a cheat. However, things like Lucky Charms and Fruity Pebbles need to probably not be eaten. Eat cereals with more grain, fiber, etc.
*Gum/Mints- NOT a cheat. These two are actually super low calorie things that you can use to prevent yourself from eating the candy.
*Jello- NOT a cheat if you get sugar free
*Protein bars- NOT a cheat. Try to get the ones with low sugar.
*Koolwhip- NOT a cheat. But get the low fat, or fat free. I dont think you can taste the difference
*Koolaid- YES a cheat. Way too much sugar, just as bad as coke I would say.
*Juice- NOT a cheat but use in moderation. Maybe 8 ounces a day for breakfast.
I will post more if I get any more questions!! Hope this helps!
