Today I want you to think about HOW MUCH you are eating.
I was at Souper Salad today, I love that place. Most of their food is healthy, and I pretty much stick to the good stuff. I stay away from the pizza, etc. As I sat there today staring at my place (of all healthy food) I began to add up the calories. And even though it was all healthy, it was WAY too many calories.
Some of you that are at a plateau, or even those of you who have not lost a pound in two weeks...you may wanna think about how much food you are eating. You may think that you are being "good" in that area, but if you are eating like 500 more calories than necessary then that is why you are not losing anything. You can't overeat, even if it is healthy. Just something to think about.
